No one using NamHub may discriminate against another person on the basis of any of the following characteristics:

What This Means in Practice
For Hosts and Property Owners
You may not decline a qualified tenant or guest based on any protected characteristic. Your listing must be made available on the same terms to all eligible applicants.
For Taxi Operators
You may not refuse a fare based on a passenger's appearance, ethnicity, language, or any other protected characteristic.
For Businesses in the Commercial Directory
All commercial listings agree to serve customers equally as a condition of their listing.
