Your safety is our highest priority. If something unsafe has happened during a stay, a ride, or any interaction connected to NamHub, we want to know immediately.

What Counts as a Safety Issue

  • Physical assault or threat during a stay or taxi ride
  • Sexual harassment or misconduct by a host, driver, or business contact
  • Unlawful entry, theft, or property damage during a NamHub-facilitated stay
  • A listing or vehicle that did not match what was described in a safety-relevant way
  • Being followed, tracked, or surveilled by someone you met through NamHub
  • A host, guest, or driver who posed a direct threat to your wellbeing
  • Emergency situations that arose during a NamHub-facilitated interaction
