What Counts as a Safety Issue
- Physical assault or threat during a stay or taxi ride
- Sexual harassment or misconduct by a host, driver, or business contact
- Unlawful entry, theft, or property damage during a NamHub-facilitated stay
- A listing or vehicle that did not match what was described in a safety-relevant way
- Being followed, tracked, or surveilled by someone you met through NamHub
- A host, guest, or driver who posed a direct threat to your wellbeing
- Emergency situations that arose during a NamHub-facilitated interaction

- 2. Get to a safe location before anything else
- 3. Document what happened — photos, screenshots, messages — only if it is safe to do so
