Types of Concerns
Housing & Stay Concerns
- Property was significantly different from how it was listed
- Host was unresponsive during your stay
- Utilities or amenities advertised were unavailable
- Undisclosed shared spaces or additional occupants
- Lease or booking terms were not honoured
- Forced early checkout without adequate notice or refund
- Security deposit withheld without legitimate justification
Business & Directory Concerns
- Business is permanently closed but remains listed as active
- Incorrect contact information
- Staff behaviour was threatening, dishonest, or unprofessional
- Services were not rendered after payment was made
- Business is operating outside of its listed category
Taxi Concerns
- Driver did not follow the agreed or expected route
- You were charged more than the NamHub regulated fare
- Vehicle was in an unsafe or unsanitary condition
