Report Fraud and Malpractice
NamHub depends on accurate, verified data. If you have encountered a fraudulent listing, a fake business, a scam operator, or any other form of malpractice on our platform, report it here.
NamHub will never ask you to pay via WhatsApp, EFT to a personal account, or any channel outside the NamHub platform. If you receive such a request in NamHub's name, it is fraud. Report it immediately.
Types of Fraud We Investigate
Property & Housing Fraud
- A listing that does not match the property shown in photos
- A host requesting advance payment outside the NamHub platform
- A host who cannot be reached after payment is made
- Fake or unearned 'verified' badges claimed by an unverified host
Taxi & Transport Fraud
- An operator quoting fares higher than the NamHub regulated fare ledger
- A driver using a registered operator's name without affiliation
- Unlicensed or unregistered vehicles presented as verified operators
Directory Malpractice
- A business claiming services it does not genuinely offer
- Fake contact numbers, addresses, or operating hours
- A business soliciting payment for services publicly listed as free
General Platform Fraud
- Fake or purchased reviews inflating a listing's rating
- Impersonation of NamHub staff requesting payment or personal details
- Phishing messages or links claiming to originate from NamHub
